Here are some interesting facts about weed.

  1. It is said that smoking cannabis/pot in your teens leads to lower I.Q, but same effects were not seen on those who started smoking it in their adolescent. (Oh well that is why McChronalds have a 21 yr old and up screening for new subscribers!)
  2. In 2008, a British man was sentenced to four years in jail in Dubai after Customs officers found 0.003 grams (0.0001 ounces) of cannabis in a cigarette stub stuck on the sole of one his shoes. (legalization calls for this)
  3. Cannabis is the largest cash generating crop in the US, exceeding the combined statistics for corn and wheat. (money, money, money!!!)
  4. Though marijuana is still illegal in Australia, there’s a town in New South Wales wherein cannabis is widely sold and grown openly. (there’s always an exception to every rule.)
  5. In Korea, cannabis is very legal that you can see them growing in roadsides, this country even promotes marijuana as a healthier alternative to tobacco. (considering migrating in Korea? for weed? hmmmmm)
  6. The Scooby Doo movie in 2002 was rated PG-13 due to marijuana jokes and a side relationship between Velma and Daphne. (I personally haven’t watched the movie, seems interesting though)
