When smoking weed, people are quite curious about the medicinal or recreational thing that could benefit them from smoking it but have you ever wondered if in such a way you would either lose or gain weight from smoking weed?
A recent study by the University of Nebraska, Harvard’s school of Public Health and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center indicates that weed smokers, on average, have smaller waists and higher levels of “good cholesterol” than non weed smokers even though they get a “munchies” high. It is best to buy and stock healthy food in your fridge so when you hit the munchies, all that you’re going to eat would be what is available in your stock.
2.Utilize the extra daylight and warmer weather of summer and be active.
It is also said that getting munchies is very dependent to where and when you smoke it. Summer is a season when you can enjoy being active and getting high. Do activites like going to museums, movies or being on nature. Days smoking is better in that aspect.
This way, you could lose a few more pounds. I also noticed that when I am in a high, I feel more focused in doing my workout and it feels good when you sweat.
3. Get a vaporizer.
When you need to smoke outside, it is best to use a vaporizer so people wouldn’t notice you are lighting a weed.
4. Or just have a baby.
If you can’t get a vaporizer, you my want to have a baby bong so you could have a way to smoke outside.
5. Smoke, then fall immediately asleep.
Sometimes, it a pair of soft pillows would be all you need!
6.Utilize your social anxeity.
This is applicable for people who may be petrified that they might commit an embarrassing social blunder while smoking in a large group. This is beacuse terror and anxeity tend to eradicate hunger by twisting your stomach into knots.
7.Forget all the other advise and eat what you want.
